Body Fitness Company accepts returns from U.S. customers within 14 days of delivery for eligible, non-defective products.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• In resalable condition

Health supplements are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Return shipping

​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns. Body Fitness Company covers return shipping when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return

Contact info@bodyfitnessequipment.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order information and the reason for the return. Wait for return instructions before shipping the product back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are issued within 1–2 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
